Usain Bolt Wants To Cameo In DC’s The Flash Movie, And Now We Need This To Happen

The Flash
Usain Bolt is basically the fastest human on the planet. Winning nine gold medals over three Olympic competitions, his accomplishments include holding the 100 meters and 200 meters world records, as well as the world record for his part in the 4 x 100 meters relay. However, in the DC Comics universe, he's outpaced by a few notable individuals, namely the defender of Central City: The Flash. Speaking of the Scarlet Speedster, he has a solo movie coming up soon, and Bolt would love to be a part of that.
While being interviewed by MTV International about the documentary centered on him, I Am Bolt, Usain Bolt was asked if he would ever want to appear in a superhero movie. This was his response:

""Yeah, that would be pretty cool, to maybe do a cameo in The Flash, or something. ... Let me talk to some people. [Laughs]

Of all the cameos that The Flash could possibly throw in, this is the one we're hoping they try the hardest to make happen. Think about it: having the actual Fastest Man Alive appear in the fictional Fastest Man Alive's movie would be amazing! Something as simple as Flash racing by while Usain Bolt is preparing to sprint on a track would be enough. If Bolt does actually know some people who could hook them up, he should talk to them soon, as the movie is reportedly beginning production soon. Besides, even ignoring the super speed aspect, having Bolt appear in a movie centered around a superhero who discharges lightning while using his powers is too good to pass up. Sure, that could also work for Shazam, but The Flash is a much better fit.
Usain Bolt

After cameoing in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad last year, the DCEU's Flash will make his full debut this November in Justice League, where he will team up with Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Cyborg. Following the epic battle against Steppenwolf and his Parademon army, Barry Allen will return to the big screen for his first solo movie. Aside from Kiersey Clemons and Billy Crudup being cast as Irist West and Henry Allen, respectively, no story details have been revealed yet, although the eponymous superhero is rumored to be going up against The Rogues. The chances of this happening are slim, but I also hope that someday in the DCEU, Usain Bolt will be imbued with the Speed Force so he and Flash can have a proper race.
The Flash is currently still scheduled to hit theaters on March 16, 2018, but as of late October, it hasn't been publicly announced who the new director will be. Stay tuned to CinemaBlend on how the Scarlet Speedster's movie is progressing as more updates come in.
